Scotland’s definitive whisky and cultural festival is back!
After a highly acclaimed tour across the country, the National Whisky Festival of Scotland returns for another exciting full programme next year - beginning with another edition of its flagship hometown event at Glasgow SWG3 on Saturday 21 January 2023.
Each edition of The National Whisky Festival brings together an exceptional line up of exhibitors from across the industry spectrum, with hundreds of whiskies available to try across each festival session.
From delicate and approachable drams to peat-powered favourites; well known core releases to brand new and hard to find editions, festival exhibitors are on hand to inform, impress and ultimately guide beginners and enthusiasts alike as they embark on their unique whisky tasting journey.
Continuing the festival's ongoing collaboration with Celtic Connections, Glasgow's world-renowned winter music festival, guests will be able to experience a specially-curated bill of live music and entertainment, featuring some of the most celebrated and talented musicians from all over the country - and beyond.
Festival goers can also enjoy exciting guest spirits (including gin, rum, vodka, cognac and more); cocktails by industry-leading mixologists; brewery collaborations; food vendors and exclusive, in-depth whisky masterclasses – ensuring there is truly something for everybody.
And finally, no day spent at The National Whisky Festival would be complete without a visit to the on-site whisky shop for an exceptional selection of bottles to take home, including festival exclusive bottlings - courtesy of expert partner retailer Robbie’s Whisky Merchants.
