Take some time for you - this class will rebuild strength in your body following pregnancy and birth, help you find calm and bond with your baby as well as connect with other mums. The 6 week programme will leave you feeling stronger, nourished and ready to embrace whatever turn the rest of your day will take.
The class also incorporates gentle massage and yoga for baby.
This class is suitable from your 6/8 week check and will gradually and safely rebuild your core strength - pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, release tension around the neck and shoulders, and nourish your soul to enable you to continue to meet and adjust to the needs of your baby.
- 6x 60mins guided class sessions in which we will explore yogic postures, breath techniques and relaxation. Mats and blocks provided, please bring a blanket to lie your baby on.
- Online materials to help incorporate short practices at home.
- Exclusive access to a Facebook group to connect with other mums in the class, share information and keep in touch with the instructor
