Foreigner are bringing their worldwide 40th Anniversary Tour to the UK this autumn with four very special shows in Wolverhampton, Glasgow, Manchester and, for the first time ever, London’s esteemed Royal Albert Hall.
This special series of concerts will be a true homecoming for founding member and lead guitarist, Mick Jones and FOREIGNER’s European 40th Anniversary Tour, where fans will see why it Feels Like The First Time, when FOREIGNER’s performances include their unforgettable anthems I Want To Know What Love Is, Juke Box Hero, Waiting For A Girl Like You, Cold As Ice, Feels Like The First Time, Hot Blooded, Urgent and That Was Yesterday.
Says Mick Jones, “I never could have imagined when I set out to create Foreigner forty years ago, that we’d still be touring around the world and performing the music we love all these years later. I can’t express the gratitude I feel when fans share stories of how our songs have been woven into their milestones and memories over the years.”
As for playing the legendary Royal Albert Hall for the first time, says Mick, “Playing at The Royal Albert Hall has been a childhood dream, as one of my earliest memories was attending a Gustav Holst concert, mesmerized by Sir Malcolm Sargent conducting ‘The Planet Suite.’ To perform with my band at this iconic venue decades later, as Foreigner celebrates its 40th Anniversary Year, is a true honour.”
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Foreigner are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
