Helensburgh Beer & Gin Festival

About Helensburgh Beer & Gin Festival

The Helensburgh Beer and Gin Festival is in its’ 13th year. Last year we had our biggest event yet, with 2,500 people over 2 days, some amazing weather and largest selection of beer, cider and gin we’d ever put together.

This year we have even more on offer. The festival will take place at a fantastic new venue, the beautiful new Helensburgh Civic Centre looking onto the river Clyde. As well as the historic restored indoor space that used to be the old Clyde Street School there is plenty of outdoor space and marquees for the bands and more bars. We have even more drink options on offer this year, with rum cocktails joining some craft gin creators and even more craft lagers this year. Of course, we will also have the usual incredible selection of real ales and ciders.

Friday night session runs from 6pm till 11pm. We have live music and the best selection of drinks is always on the Friday!

Saturday session runs from 12 noon till 11pm at the latest. The festival closes when it all runs out, this is typically around 10-11pm. Our latest possible finish is 11pm. We will have live music, with low-key tunes in the afternoon and an amazing party vibe in the evening with Bruce Springsteen tribute act The Rising.

We will sell entry tickets for each session, and will have some advance deals available online only.

Basic entry is £7 per session. Drinks are purchased via tokens inside the festival venue. a 1/2 pint of beer or cider will typically be 1 token. A gin cocktail or similar will be 3 tokens. Other drinks will be available. Tokens cost £1.60 each to purchase.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Helensburgh Beer & Gin Festival are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
