Gorbals Fair

About Gorbals Fair

Gorbals Fair returns on Saturday 1st June this year. This is the biggest event in the Gorbals calendar, so make sure you come along to join in with the fun.

This year’s Fair theme is Scottish mythical creatures. Learn all about folklore and legends, from kelpies and redcaps to the Loch Ness Monster. Or take some dress-up inspiration from our national animal, the unicorn!

There will be fun and games, local stalls ,and entertainment at St Francis Community Centre from 11.45am.

Why not join in with the Parade through the area, which leaves from The Barn Community Centre at 10.45am. This is the best place to see all the weird and wonderful costumes this year, and everyone is welcome to take part in the walk to St Francis Centre.

If you would like more information about the Gorbals Fair, please contact Michael Fullerton on 0141 429 3900 or email michaelfullerton@newgorbalsha.org.uk.

Are you a stallholder looking to take part? Contact Michael to arrange a space.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Gorbals Fair are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
