About Further into Mindfulness
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
What is our True Self?
The Four Truths of life and the Eightfold Path
Guidelines for Living
Looking at the nature of life - impermanence
Over the weekend we will explore how Buddhism and its ancient wisdom can help us in today’s busy consumerist world. Please note: this weekend does not presuppose you are a Buddhist or wish to become a Buddhist. It is open to all- no faith or any faith. The aim of the course is to show the timeless wisdom of this ancient tradition and how it can help in today’s busy, consumerist society.
A minimum of 6 months Mindfulness Meditation experience is recommended.
Please get in touch with The Wee Retreat for more details.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Further into Mindfulness are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
