WWF Earth Hour is the world's biggest movement to protect our planet.
Glasgow City Council recognise this global event on an annual basis and this year are holding fantastic FREE events/activities for the whole family, including an illuminated bike ride and nature walk around Kelvingrove Park, gadget repair workshop (bring along your small gadgets/electrical equipment and let our experts show you how to repair them), planetarium and lots of exciting, interactive activities.
We can show you how to save money on your energy bills, learn how to upcycle and recycle, and gain fascinating information on how you can live more sustainably.
There will also be live entertainment on our external stage and... don't miss our giant panda lanterns (courtesy of Edinburgh Zoo)!
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Earth Hour are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
