About Lampshade Making Workshop
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Bring half a metre of your chosen fabric and you will leave with a fantastic lampshade all of your own making.
We'll take you through how to work the fabric best, share some ideas for further developing your lampshade and help you complete a gorgeous lampshade to take home with you.
All refreshments provided.
You will need a half metre of fabric, a little bit of patience and we'll do the rest!
Tea, coffee and lots of biscuits provided!
What can I bring into the event?
You only need a half metre of fabric to make a 30cm diameter shade. Best fabrics are cotton, polyester, viscose blends. You can also use vintage fabrics. For your first shade, avoid fabrics that fray easily and also very thick fabrics
