Mindfulness: A Wee Introduction
The Wee Retreat invites you to this two and a half hour retreat designed to introduce you to the concepts of mindfulness practice and gently guide you through the practice of meditation.
About Mindfulness: A Wee Introduction
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
During the morning we'll also pause for some lovingly homemade cake and a warm cup of tea (or coffee!).
For people new to mindfulness, who have heard about it and want to find out more, or for those wanting to refresh their practice and remind themselves what it is all about. We invite you to learn and experience mindfulness meditation in a beautiful space in southside Glasgow.
Concession places available, please get in touch directly for details.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Mindfulness: A Wee Introduction are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
