What could be a better way to celebrate Mother's Day than with Mother Nature herself? Treat your mum to a lovely relaxing Forest Bathing session in the gorgeous inner-city green sanctuary that is Pollok Country Park with certified Forest Therapy Guide Caitlin Keddie.
Enhance your well-being through mindful connection with nature. Forest Bathing walks take participants slowly and mindfully through natural settings. Your guide provides tailored nature connection activities, called 'invitations', along the way to awaken all of your senses, providing you with a truly unique experience.
Location: Pollok Country Park, Glasgow (Directions will be sent after booking).
Transport: By car, public transport and by foot.
