Sweat It Festival 2018 is Scotland’s first boutique health and fitness event taking over SWG3 in Glasgow on 20 May 2018.
The festival will be packed with inspiring master trainers, sweat-dripping fitness classes and workshops.
There will be tasty live food demos from local bloggers and restaurateurs and the soundtrack to your sessions will be played by live DJs – headed up by Pretty Ugly.
We have four main areas: The Yard – Outdoor activities come rain or shine; Galvanisers – Drop in sessions, TV Studio, Mass blast classes; cafe and market area; and finally the Yoga Den – bookable sessions with some great studios and yoga practitioners.
The Sweat It Festival philosophy is unlimited sessions with one ticket – a ticket that packs a punch!
