In the Arts, both have performed, choreographed and directed numerous performances as well as stunt-work in various mediums.

Brief about Parkour:
As a newly recognised sport, Parkour has a growing interest from many. As a non-competitive sport, the practice of Parkour remains highly about how we as people can better ourselves through physical literacy. To be strong in many ways to be useful to others. The skills practiced and developed over recent years have proven to be useful across for understanding and improving;

- Skill development
- Problem solving
- Physical fitness
- Risk management
- Social engagement

Common misconceptions about Parkour are often out of misunderstanding, as well as a lack of reliable resources. It's not about recklessness or jumping off roofs, as this is focuses on the spectacle for the sake of impressing others. Parkour ensures participants understand the limitations we have as people, so we can begin to challenge those limits safely.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Parkour Easter Camp are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
