Portal

About Portal

Inspired by marine mythology and science fiction, this otherworldly odyssey reveals robotic sculptures and electronic sounds which lead you through a series of close encounters. Immersive and intriguing, Portal presents a rare opportunity to re-discover this remarkable Glasgow landmark which celebrates its 55th anniversary year as part of the cultural programme of the European Championships 2018.

This event is free, but tickets are required.

U16s must be accompanied by an adult;
Uses flashing lights, loud noise and at points, visibility may be reduced by low light levels.

Portal is made possible with the core support of Festival 2018, with thanks also to the generous support of Bots.co.uk, producers of collaborative robots for both industrial and commercial environments.

Portal is presented as part of Festival 2018, the cultural programme that will run as part of the Glasgow 2018 European Championships taking place in August.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Portal are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
