About Generation Dance Festival: Letters to my Shadow

Generation Dance Festival is an exciting triple bill involving Scottish Ballet Elders Company performing ‘Faith’, choreographed by Lewis Normand; the National Youth Dance Company of Scotland performing ‘Di-ver-gent’, choregraphed by Anna Kenrick; and the Generation Performance Company, an intergenerational group brought together for Festival 2018, performing the premiere of ‘Letters to my Shadow’, choreographed by Lorraine Jamison and Anna Kenrick. This work brings together six intergenerational groups from across Scotland to reflect and celebrate in this poignant, humorous, and uplifting new piece.
