Taste of the Fringe

About Taste of the Fringe

To celebrate and kick start the build up to the main events in August, the Virgin Money Glasgow Lounge is bringing it's incredibly popular a 'Taste of the Fringe' to Glasgow on Thursday 18 July for a third year – and this is your chance to attend.

We'll be laying on our very own mini festival in our Lounge for you to enjoy.
The event kicks off at 6pm with some fabulous performers giving us musical and magical entertainment.

We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be joined by three famed artists who will be giving a taster of their Edinburgh sets and wowing you with their incredible talent.

Elliot Bibby - Magic and up close entertainment.
Elliot will be mingling amongst you with his amazing close up magic and entertainment and then some audience participation. Be prepared - he’ll “Wow!” you for sure.

The Fabulous TT - Ballads at the piano.
Tish Tindall hails from Lossiemouth and is making the journey down the road to Glasgow. She's bringing her show ‘Jennifer B’, based on the best-selling book ‘Jennifer Brown's Journey’ by Angie Langley. This brand-new musical by Tish Tindall tells the hilariously heart-warming story of the break-ups, make-ups and inspirational life-affirming mess-ups of the adorable Miss B!

Oliver! - Songs from the family favourite musical.
A few cast members from Captivate Theatre's production of Oliver will sing some classics we can probably all sing along with!

Fun, laughter and a great night out is guaranteed at this free event so why not come along?

Don’t miss out - book your tickets now on Eventbrite.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Taste of the Fringe are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
