About Introduction to Anthroposophical Art Therapy
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Our last introduction in anthroposophical art therapy of the year!
Anthroposophical art therapy started around the 1920's and has been developed and implemented worldwide ever since. It is a holistic approach, where various techniques and art mediums are used to (re)gain balance within one's life.
This taster will allow you to try two art techniques, which will be explored through theory and practise. You will leave with a basic understanding of anthroposophical art therapy and its workings within the body, mind and soul.
All workshops are 1 hour, giving you time to explore the medium through guided techniques and be informed about the theory behind them. After each workshop you will leave with one or more art works that you will have created. From 2-3pm we will be running our Therapeutic Sculpture workshop.
This event is for anyone interested in anthroposophical art therapy, art interventions and the use of art as a medium for communication.
CPD attendance certificate can be made available.
Please note, none of the art interventions taught are to be used as therapy. You will not become an art therapist through this workshop. This is a protected title within the UK.
Please contact us for information on our other cpd training, and training on location at email@example.com
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Introduction to Anthroposophical Art Therapy are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
