Kate La Vie - Tales from the Big Chair

About Kate La Vie - Tales from the Big Chair

Fashion and lifestyle blogger Kate La Vie's impeccable style and beautifully captured posts featuring all things beauty and lifestyle have attracted over 1 million followers across the major social media platforms.

Kate started her blog in 2009, and has seen it grow into one of the most trustworthy, reliable and aspirational ‘go to’ sites for lifestyle posts, with her followers appreciating her genuine, insightful recommendations. Through a combination of stunning images and videos, turning a degree in forensics into a career where photography is key, Kate showcases her love of home décor, beauty, travel and interior design. Kate’s timeless and feminine style has led her to work with brands such as L’Occitane, Pandora, Garnier, Birchbox, West Elm, Stylist and NARS.

In early 2018, Kate, together with husband Jordan, launched Market Coffee in Mount Florida, Glasgow – a new coffee shop selling vegan and gluten-free cakes alongside a selection of hot drinks.

The Big Chair sessions involve a guest selecting and discussing 6 photos that represent life or career milestones, a personal Hero and a piece of advice that has stayed with them.

The intimate session at the Heroes Centre, Helensburgh, concludes with an audience Q&A.

Admission is free but by ticket only.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Kate La Vie - Tales from the Big Chair are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
