The Intelligent Business

About The Intelligent Business

On behalf of The Business Journey Partners, I would be delighted if you could join with them and up to 100 other business people at the 20th Business Journey event:

The Intelligent Business
Using Business Intelligence to outsmart and out-deliver your competitors, while proactively addressing customer needs

Business intelligence (BI) is an umbrella term that includes the applications, infrastructure, tools and best people practices that enable access to, and analysis of, information to improve & optimise decisions and performance. As a primary competitive advantage, business intelligence should deliver an increase in the understanding of the forces shaping markets and businesses and help companies to act on that knowledge.

This event will consider a number of aspects of IB and how it impacts on business.

Jim Henderson
“Intelligent Decision Making”

Jim will help you find the most relevant Key Performance Indicators to use in your business for effective decision making and then consider if “gut feel” still has a relevance in this “intelligent” age?

Susan Grandfield
“Broadening Our Horizons”

Susan will explore the value in expanding our awareness outside of our own business, and even our industry, to gather new ideas and information about how we can innovate, improve, grow, develop. Susan will be encouraging those in the room to consider where they get their "intelligence" from and how well they apply it in their own organisation.

3rd Speaker to be confirmed

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for The Intelligent Business are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
