Our Wind Down Yoga Workshop begins on Sunday 21st October and will run for 6 weeks!
This is the perfect opportunity to wind down after your weekend and prepare for the week ahead. The class will be run by the lovely Anne's Yoga Heart (https://www.facebook.com/annesyogaheart/) and is open to all abilities, beginners welcome!
Classes are £5 or you can pay for the block upfront for a discounted rate of £25. We have limited spaces so please reserve your space by contacting email@example.com or call us on 0141 950 4434.
