About Remembrance Day Talks

Speakers include Gordon Urquhart Postgraduate Course Manager at the Engine Shed and author of ‘A Notable Ornament – Lansdowne Church An Icon of Victorian Glasgow, Artist and weaver Emma-Jo Webster who will discuss her personal family connections to WW1 and Karen Mailley-Watt, PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow & The Glasgow School of Art and Project Manger of the Women, War & The West End project.

If you are interested there is a walking tour available as well prior to the talks at Websters. The tour meets at Cottiers Theatre at 12.20. For more information and tickets please see Websters Theatre website.
