As proud sponsor of the Virgin Money London Marathon we’ve teamed up with ‘New Balance’ to help any runners get ready for their run.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re running the marathon or just around the city, we know everyone can always do with a little support, help and motivation sometimes.

Join us here at the Virgin Money Glasgow Lounge to meet Rob Hawkins of ‘Scottish Athletics’ - Sports coach, tutor and journalist and hear his training hints and tips.

He’ll be able to answer any questions you have about running plans, how much to do and when, diet and anything else you want to know. Rob coaches his son Callum, who is was part of Team GB at the Rio Olympics.
