The Wee Retreat is delighted to present this Mindful Parenting 6 week course. Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, the course will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn't), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help you raise your children the way you'd like to.
Full price £120 (includes booking fee, 6 week course plus one follow up session).

The course will run from Monday 21st October - 25th November, 10-11.45am.
To get the most from the course we invite participants to attend all 6 sessions and complete some mindful home practice each week.
