Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the course of this 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different meditation techniques, consider what mindfulness is and how you can use it to help simplify your life.
The course will run over 8 Friday mornings- from Sep 20th until Nov 15th (break Oct 18th); 9.30-11am and be facilitated by Vicky Kakos.
