Pilates is a wonderful mind - body exercise, which targets groups of muscles and helps to re-educate us on our movement patterns, helping us to rebalance the body by bringing specific focus on to our abdominals, spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. In class we will work through the body bringing focus on awareness of our alignment, core engagement, stability and mobility work. All exercises have been modified making it perfect for beginners.
Excited to be bringing beginners Pilates Matwork classes to the Southside of Glasgow from Sunday 10th March 2019.
There are 3 class times available:
9.30am - 10.30am
10.45am - 11.45am
12.15pm - 1.15pm
Classes are £6 for a single class or £30 for a block of 6 classes.
As it is a beginners class you can join the class from any week (depending on availability of spaces).
