Once Upon A Castle
Meet some of your favourite fairytale characters and help them to live happily ever after at Once Upon A Castle an enchanting interactive event at Kelburn Estate & Country Centre!
About Once Upon A Castle
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Once Upon A time, a long, long time ago Kelburn Castle hosted the Fairy Tale valentine ball. It was an evening of fun and laughter for many of our princesses, princes, friends and fairies. However, happiness and love was too much to bear for the Wicked Step Mother and in a jealous rage she set a curse upon the castle and the guests.
Explore the oldest parts of Kelburn Castle while unravelling the counter spell to break the evil curse. The home of Lord Glasgow creates a magical theatre as you weave through the rooms and staircases to meet fairy tale characters appealing to all ages.
Complete your visit with our self led trail or walk in the grounds marvelling at the first signs of spring as the snowdrops appear.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Once Upon A Castle are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
