Suitable for anyone in their second or third trimester.
A series of yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the physical body and help alleviate common conditions of pregnancy. The session will include relaxation, pranayama, visualizations and meditation for the prenatal mother. Learn more about Moola Bandha – the importance of a healthy pelvic floor and how the alignment of the pelvis affects its’ engagement. Rejuvenate mentally, physically and emotionally with breath work and deep relaxation.
This is a trial session where you will have the opportunity to sign up for a 8 week sequential pregnancy yoga class block, which will take place on Saturdays at 4pm. More details to follow.
Come and meet other expecting mums and nourish your pregnancy glow. No prior yoga experience is required and the room will not be heated.
