Learn about the physical, physiological and emotional changes happening in your body during late pregnancy, labour and birth and yoga techniques you can use to support you during this time including breathing, movement, posture and meditative practices. Meet other expectant mothers and practice in a small group with time for questions and discussion, include your birth partner in our partner session, no yoga experience necessary.
The focus is on preparing you to have an informed and positive birth experience regardless of the choices you make about the birth of your baby or the course that it takes.
Four week (8 hour) course suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks onwards
Partner session in Week 4 when birth partners are encouraged to attend.
Sundays 630-830pm in The Wee Retreat from February 17th 2019.
