About Butterflies of RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond

Butterflies are a beautiful and important part of the natural world and sunny days in June are when RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond comes alive with them.

They are sensitive indicators of the health of the environment and play crucial roles in the food chain as well as being pollinators of plants.

We’ll be walking over muddy, uneven ground so wellies are essential to take part. Please bring a packed lunch with you to have out on the reserve. Booking necessary.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Butterflies of RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
