Ease yourself out of hibernation at the Spring Revitaliser from Yoga With Lucie on Saturday 23rd March!
About Spring Revitaliser
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Flow deeper with this new extended seasonal flow weekend class!
There will be one each season to mark the ebb and flow of the natural world around us
Practice starts with a deliciously simple and effective body clock flow to reset and recharge, followed with seasonal vinyasa flow, rounded off with yoga nidra and quiet meditation.
The longer session allows practice to go a little deeper with time for quiet reflection and deep rest in the beautiful setting of Pollok Park.
Spring practice works into the sides of the body, with focus on freeing up excess energy safely (so we are nicer people to be with! ), working from our roots, feeling grounded and flexible. You'll leave limber and refreshed. Good times.
Bring a water bottle.
£18/13 low waged. Bring friend/s £16pp
If you are unsure this is for you, do get in touch with any questions.
I look forward to welcoming you home to yourself,
