I am Rohingya

On March 14th, Penny Appeal will be screening, I Am Rohingya: A Genocide in Four Acts, performed by real Rohingya refugees who took to the stage to re-enact their journey from Myanmar to Canada.

I am Rohingya

About I am Rohingya

The play was filmed so it could reach thousands of more people and with a live monologue performance from some of the actual Rohingya refugees - its an event not to be missed!

It’s time for you to hear the story of the Rohingya.

Hear it from their own mouths, in their own words.

We will also be joined by Muhammad Abdul Bari MBE who is an educationalist, community activist, parenting consultant and author who will be talking about his book 'The Rohingya Crisis'.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for I am Rohingya are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
