The Wee Retreat is delighted to present this Mindful Parenting day retreat, designed to offer you some time away from actual parenting to reflect, pause & learn.
We are so busy parenting we rarely have the opportunity to step back, check in with ourselves and take stock. This wee retreat offers you the space and time to do so.
The day will be led by parent of two, mindfulness meditation teacher & educational psychologist Vicky Kakos.
Over the course of the day we will look at how you can bring mindfulness to your everyday family life and how it can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life helping you to raise your children the way you'd like to.
