After 20 fun months of online only, HER-larious finally returns face to face in Glasgow. Everyone's favourite improv workshop for women and non-binary people is back, baby!
We've been confined to ZOOM for so long, so to kick us off, we'll be looking at movement, environment and object work. And of course, HAVING FUN!
We will usually be charging £6 per workshop (£4 concessions), but since this is our first one and with the festive season right around the corner, this workshop will be Pay What You Can. However no one will be turned away for lack of funds, so please do get in touch with any issues with the booking. You can find us on Facebook @HERlariousImprov
Open to women and non-binary people of all improv experience levels. Whether you've been doing improv for years, or want to give it a try for the first time, HER-larious offers a relaxed, welcoming environment, so sign up today and come be HER-larious with us!
We want to create a safe space for those, who for whatever reason, feel they would benefit from an all women and non-binary persons space, to learn, develop, network and, most importantly, HAVE FUN!
About the venue:
The Deep End, 21 Nithsdale St, Glasgow G41 2PZ
The Deep End is an arts space and social enterprise developed by Govanhill Baths Community Trust (GBCT), located in the heart of the southside, just five minutes walk from Pollokshields West and Queen’s Park rail stations. The venue is located down a short lane, which can be a bit bumpy, but the venue itself is wheelchair accessible.
At time of posting, masks will be required for the workshop. Hand sanitiser will be provided, alongside free sanitary products.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
