Join us for this 4 week after school Mindful Families club!
Mindfulness is a great way to help us feel calm, be present and check in with how we are feeling. Over the 4 weeks you will learn all about how amazing you are! We will explore how our brains, breath, listening and seeing can all help us to worry less and be happy more!
A small booklet for colouring and revisiting themes at home will be provided.
Limited places available; sessions one hour per week from 23rd May-13th June- Thursdays, 4.15-5.15pm.
Sessions will be facilitated by Mindfulness practitioner Catherine Wyllie.
Catherine has a background working within the local council as a manager over 23 years. During this time she was training in alternative therapies which naturally progressed to her qualification in 'Mindfulness for Children' in 2015.
Catherine has been supporting schools and teachers within Local authorities for the past 3 years.
Catherine teaches brining humour energy and passion to a job she loves, knowing that reaching out to as many young people as possible one day at a time helps them to discover and recognise the search for all meaning is within.
£40 per family (1 adult & 1 child), additional children £3.50.
