About SENSEcity Walking Tour

The route begins at George Square and ends at Glasgow Cathedral, this takes around 120 minutes to complete but you can speed it up or slow it down completely at your own pace.

To start the tour simply pick up one of our free booklets from our various city-centre locations, including Central Station and the VisitScotland iCentre. Then download our free app: SENSEcity AR, and you are ready to go. You can scan the illustrations in the book to bring it to life and find incredible AR content including archive images, 3D models and videos! Once scanned, the app will then offer a short audio-guide which tells the tales of Glasgow’s past.

Once you’ve completed the walk make sure to let us know what you think by reviewing the app or posting about us on social media.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for SENSEcity Walking Tour are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
