Constantly wishing you had just a little bit of time to yourself?
Tired of feeling worried and anxious?
Give yourself permission for just one afternoon and immerse yourself into a variety of mindful practices!
Retreats are extremely beneficial, as by engaging in silent practices and switching off from our busy worlds, we can let go of common distractions and submerge into our present experience.
These mini mindfulness retreats are a combination of meditation, silence, gentle movements such as QiGong and mindful walking, and other guided practices, designed to open up our awareness and engage in the present moment. The retreats are suitable for anyone who is looking to engage in mindfulness, and who wishes to spend an afternoon opening up their awareness to the here and now.
What to expect?
• A very short introduction to mindfulness meditation
• Practicing a variety of meditations, mindful movements, tea and stillness for the afternoon retreat
• Embracing periods of quite to savour the present moment and focus
• Meeting like-minded people and practicing mindfulness together

What do I need to bring to the event?
Cushions and yoga matts are provided. If you'd like, a water bottle is handy, or anything else you wish.
