This hypnosis session aims to help you to develop a healthier relationship with food using Hypnotherapy.
Binge eating is when people experience a loss of control and eat large quantities of food on a regular basis. It can affect anyone of any age, gender, or background. This session can help you for example, if you go to eat a biscuit and end up eating the entire packet or for those who are noticing they are eating much more rapidly than normal, eating until feeling uncomfortably full, eating large amounts of food when not physically hungry and then continuing to eat or drink more when feeling this way.
Do you turn to food for comfort or in times of boredom ? as you already know - the comfort is only very short-lived Eating when your emotions are high is just a temporary distraction and with the help of hypnosis you can begin to find healthier ways to deal with your emotions.
This 1.5 hour session will give you the basis to learn to take control of your eating by changing your mindset and allowing yourself to move forward from your current pattern into a more positive and progressive one.
This session is NOT aimed at people with diagnosed eating disorders, one to one sessions would be required for this and can be arranged with Fiona and Sarah separately.
**Please note that this workshop is not suitable for anyone suffering from Epilepsy or those with Chronic Asthma.
