Expect to be nurtured on every level. As dusk falls, practice will be by candlelight to allow a deeper immersion and more restful state.
Practice: Ease away tiredness with particular focus on the breath. Autumn is time to gently clear away what we no longer need, allowing space in our body and mind.
Deep Relaxation: time to let go and enter a deeply healing tranquil state of rest, embedding the benefits of practice, renewing energy with yoga nidra.
Food: Glasgow Supper Club wowed us in 2018 with some simply stunning and delicious dishes. So we have invited Lydia to nourish us with her soul warming food at a number of yoga and food events - More info here
Autumn yoga, qigong, deep rest and delicious food to nourish the soul and becalm the mind so we go home restored, ready for a wonderful night's sleep
Bring a mat, blanket, cushion, layers of cosiness or message me if you need to borrow.
