Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. In this practice we blend physical movement (asanas/postures), breathwork, sacred sound (mantra and gong) and meditation techniques to balance mind, body and spirit.
We know we have a physical body; we can see it, touch it, and feel it. We also have other bodies that are equally real, if not more so. Yogi Bhajan describes the human body as being made up of ten bodies: the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies.
When you have consciousness of all ten bodies, you're able to understand and direct their interplay – and when all ten are in harmony you have embodiment. This produces a pure state of consciousness - the ability to see the unseen, One in all.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan can help:

All welcome. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring a bottle of water. Studio has mats, props and blankets, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. If you can, allow approx. 2 hours after eating before practice to free up your energy.
