19th January: Julia Lynch with Lydia Teuscher
Julia Lynch has been an asset to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for more than 30 years, beginning in 1982 after winning a scholarship to study piano at the then RSAMD and going on to win all the available prizes for piano solo, accompaniment and chamber music.

Having gained her BA and completed a year of Postgraduate study, Julia was appointed as accompanist to the vocal studies department and now holds the position of Repetiteur and Vocal Coach. Ask any Vocal Studies student at the RCS and they will tell you of the huge support they receive from Julia and how integral she is to their artistic journey.

For all of the above reasons and more, it’s time to celebrate the powerhouse that is Julia Lynch in a song series that celebrates inspiring female artists.
