Ten-voice Renaissance polyphony consort Cantus Firmus are back in Glasgow with their next programme of both soothing and energetic early choral music from France and the Netherlands!

Features music by Lassus, Philips, de Wert, Costeley and Clemens non Papa.

This light and engaging concert is suitable for all, no matter your knowledge of early music.

Also in Edinburgh on Friday 21st February at Old Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, Jeffrey St, 7.30pm.

Cantus Firmus was founded in 2016 and is made up of ten young singers from in and around Glasgow who are passionate about early choral music. In 2019, the group appeared at St Andrews Voices Festival in a masterclass with The Gesualdo Six and Owain Park. The group is launching its first EP at this concert.
