Meditation to focus the attention on the expansive present moment, to calm and settle, to experience the stillness within.

Rest with the sounds and vibrations of the Gong releasing the daily stressors, opening to transcendent experiences, to the potentials of reconnection to the spiritual aspects of the Self for deep healing.

Workshop includes:
Various Meditation types from flowing and moving to assist in settling the body and quietening the chatty mind, to guided meditation to assist in stress relieving, and third eye chakra meditation to journey deeper through the layers of the being.
Rest and flow in the sonic waves of peace and relaxation with the Gong
Heart-based Gratitude Breathwork and Meditation practices
Deep relaxation
Breathwork to calm and still
Light Language Healing experienced by the heart
