Join us on a 5 hour informative historical walking tour through parts of the city of Glasgow and on the way partake in a comprehensive whisky tasting in some of the best whisky bars in the country.
Our tours offer an insight into the story of Glasgow from prehistoric times to present day, taking in some of the buildings and parklands, rivers and churches, fountains and statues.
The tour starts at 1pm in the city centre and finishes in the West End close to many fine restaurants and easy public transport back into the city.
On the way we stop off at a number of great whisky bars where you will receive a comprehensive Scottish Single Malt whisky lesson and taste six fine single malt whiskies (included in the price).
Learn the story of one of Scotland’s finest exports. Where it came from; how it’s made; what makes one whisky different from another; and how to get the most from your whisky.
Although we will concentrate on the Scottish Single Malts, you will also learn about the many other whiskies available.
The Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design and Architecture, is a visitor centre, exhibition space and events venue situated in the heart of Glasgow, just off the Style Mile.
