You are welcome to drop in to look around the centre. We are the Triratna Buddhist Community (formerly the FWBO), a worldwide movement that seeks to make the traditional teachings and practices of the Buddha available to the modern world.

Our classes are open to all. Whether you come for a yoga or tai chi class or want to find out how the Buddhist approach to life can change yours for the better, we'll be pleased to see you.
