Happy Lotus Yoga is back with in-person classes!

We offer 2 classes per week with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. Come join us on Monday and Thursday from 6:15pm - 7:15pm. All levels are welcome, so beginners and students who have already practiced yoga are welcome.

Classes are only £7 and only 7 students are welcome for each class, so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment via www.happylotusyoga.co.uk

In alignment with Covid-19 guidelines from the Yoga Alliance, mats will be spaced 2m apart. Where possible, please bring your own equipment (mats, blocks, straps) but we will have sanitised equipment for you to borrow if not.
