Highland Hustle is a 45 minute cardio workout that incorporates highland dance steps along with the odd ceilidh move. It's a fun way to keep fit and offers various intensity levels so you can work at a level that's right for you!

No dance experience is necessary and beginners are always welcome!

First class is free - come along and check it out!
