The Magnum has the most modern equipment on the market, kitted out with a fantastic range of Life Fitness equipment, including the multi-functional Synrgy360 trainer, Hammer Strength Elite and Lifecycle GX ranges as well as Integrity Cardio and Optima Resistance ranges. This wide range of specialist equipment provides users with unlimited exercise options to keep you stimulated, motivated and engaged during your workouts - leading to maximum progress and enjoyment.
Gym users can now watch TV while they exercise, or choose from dozens of interactive dream cycles, runs or treks. You can cycle in the Alps, run through Yosemite National Park or trek your way across New Zealand. Whether it's cardio, resistance, strengthening or conditioning exercise, the new range of equipment provides the perfect vehicle.
The KA Studio also has a spinning room, a large dance studio with stage and three additional air conditioned dance studio’s which all offer an impressive fitness class programme.
From Tiny Tots to Mini Monsters, let the children experience the temptation of touch, the fun of swings, chutes, ball pools and much more.
Sports Hall activities include Badminton, Table Tennis, and Squash. The Centre also boasts a seven rink indoor bowling green and a new state of the art indoor 3g pitch.
The Theatre plays host to many renowned popular entertainers and emerging talent of the stage.
