Clubbercise Classes: Destiny Church, Shawlands - Wednesdays 7pm
Clubbercise... Bringing a night out to your workout!

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Classes taught by Marie B who has over 12 years experience in teaching fitness classes. A great fun workout for everyone.

Class is £5.
First class for everyone is £2.50.

Metafit Classes: Destiny Church, Shawlands - Mondays 8pm
Metafit is a 30 minute workout that burns fat and increases metabolic rate! Shapes and tones your body and it is only 30 minutes out your day! 30 minutes is only 2% of your day

Try the BEST FAT BURNING WORKOUT!! Too much food and drink over Xmas then get down to METAFIT and change your body shape...

Classes are £3.50

Zumba Classes: Destiny Church, Shawlands - Mondays 7pm
ZUMBA IS A FANTASTIC WORKOUT!!! If you have not tried it...what you waiting for? You will be hooked!

Come along to Zumba the best workout around burning around 800-1200 calories in one hour! Get a toned body and have fun to the best feel good music around!

Zumba with Marie B Classes have been established in Shawlands since May 2010. Marie is fully qualified fitness instructor with a BSc in Sports Science and Physiology. Marie spends time with clients to ensure that everyone has a fantastic experience at Zumba. One of the first instructors in Scotland to start teaching Zumba, Marie has many years experience teaching a variety of classes from Body Pump, Body Attack to Boxercise to Metafit.

Zumba is a great fun workout so come along and groove to the best music around, feel like your on holiday with salsa sounds and Zumba will bring the sunshine into your life!!
