Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)combines 52 choreographed moves to amazing music.

It blends the energies of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts to form an amazing holistic fusion fitness practice for mind, body and soul.

Danced at three levels, it is suitable for everybody.

Benefits:
- Increases calm, mindfulness, strength, agility, balance and JOY.
- Decreases pain, stress, weight, anxiety.

Come and join me for some fitness fun and joy of movment.

Block of 6 - £40 or £8 for drop-in
