One of the two student unions at the University of Glasgow, the QMU is a not-for-profit registered charity solely aimed at providing experience, services and social and cultural enrichment to the students of the University at as low a price as humanly possibly, if not free.
Run by an elected Board of student volunteers, the QMU comprises bars, a shop, cafe, servery and coffee bar, nightclub/gig venue, and enough social space to fill the hulking concrete bomb shelter upon which it was presumably modelled.
Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, singer and songwriter Michael Marcagi will headline Glasgow's Queen Margaret Union on Thursday 19th April!
