One of the two student unions at the University of Glasgow, the QMU is a not-for-profit registered charity solely aimed at providing experience, services and social and cultural enrichment to the students of the University at as low a price as humanly possibly, if not free.
Run by an elected Board of student volunteers, the QMU comprises bars, a shop, cafe, servery and coffee bar, nightclub/gig venue, and enough social space to fill the hulking concrete bomb shelter upon which it was presumably modelled.
After the success of their co-headline shows last year, Dreadzone and The Orb are hitting the road again with their acid house grooves meet bass-heavy reggae rhythms!
