About Scottish Event Campus
The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is situated in the heart of Glasgow, Scotland’s cultural and commercial capital and is one of the UK’s largest integrated spaces, purpose-built for exhibitions, conferences and live entertainment.
The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) comprises SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and The SSE Hydro.
The SEC’s flagship conference space, the ‘SEC Armadillo’, offers the perfect recipe for meetings success. Designed by the world-renowned architectural practice, Foster + Partners, the iconic building is one of Glasgow’s best-loved landmarks featuring a 1,183 – 3,000-seater auditorium and adjacent breakout spaces.
SEC Centre (previously known as the SECC) offers five interconnected exhibition and meeting rooms with a combined area of over 22,000sqm.
The SSE Hydro is Scotland’s home of live entertainment, consistently ranked by Pollstar in the top 10 busiest venues in the world.
The SSE Hydro has been designed to accommodate a wide range of concerts, conferences and events.
Due to its flexibility, the venue can play host to a variety of worldwide events with differing capacity, genre, digital and production requirements. The unique amphitheatre design promotes an intimate environment while the venue’s recognisable exterior has cemented The SSE Hydro as an iconic part of the Glasgow skyline.

Visit West End's Open Air Cinema is returning to the Botanic Gardens between the 16th and 19th August with a celebration 1980s sci-fi classics including Blade Runner and Back to the Future!
